With us, you have 30 days to exchange or return an item. The period starts on the day you receive your order. Within this period, you can return the product without giving a reason.

Exchanges
Do you want to exchange an item for another product? Please contact us first so we can check if the desired item is in stock and arrange the exchange directly for you.
Refund
After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within a few business days via the same payment method used for the order. You will automatically receive a confirmation email.
