The Ordering Process
Ordering at Ferbox is quick and easy. Have you found a product you’d like to purchase? Add it to your cart using the “Add to cart” button. You can then proceed directly to checkout or continue shopping. You’ll always find your cart in the top right corner, with an overview of the products and the total amount including VAT.
Follow the steps below to complete your order.
1. Shipping information
Click “Proceed to checkout” to go to the checkout page. Here you’ll see exactly which items you’re ordering and the address where your order will be delivered.
2. Payment
On this page, choose the payment method you’d like to use. You can pay using iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, credit card, and Bancontact, among others.
3. Complete your order
During the ordering process, you’ll always have a clear overview of your cart contents. If you’d like to make changes, you can easily return to the shop or your cart. Ready to finalize your order? Click “Pay” and follow the next steps depending on your chosen payment method.
Changes or cancellation
Would you like to change or cancel your order? This can easily be done by contacting us via email. Please note that this is no longer possible once your order has been shipped.
Questions
No, we do not charge any additional fees for using payment options such as credit card or PayPal. You always pay only the amount of your order.
If your payment didn’t go through or failed, first check whether the amount has been deducted. If it hasn’t, please try to complete the payment again via your shopping cart. If it still doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll be happy to help you right away.
Yes, you can still change your order after completing the payment, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is on its way, unfortunately, we can no longer make any changes.
Yes, after completing your order you will automatically receive a payment confirmation by email. Didn’t receive an email? Please check your spam folder or contact us so we can resend your confirmation.
Yes, you can also pay with a business credit card. All major credit cards are supported, for both private and business transactions.
Yes, it is possible to pay in installments when you choose Klarna. At checkout, you can select this option and immediately see the payment plans Klarna offers. Please note that Klarna determines whether installment payments are available based on a brief credit check.
