We ship orders to all countries within Europe. During checkout, you can easily select the desired country and immediately see which shipping options are available.
Shipping Costs
- Netherlands: free shipping
- Belgium: free shipping
- Other European countries: €40.00 per order
All shipping costs include VAT.
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: delivery within 1–10 business days
- Belgium: delivery within 1–10 business days
- Other European countries: delivery within 3–12 business days (Netherlands/Belgium + 2 days)
The delivery time starts once the order has been processed and paid. Weekends, public holidays, or delays with the carrier may affect the delivery time.
Shipping Method & Track & Trace
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code once your package has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days to receive the track & trace code, depending on the processing time at the warehouse and with the carrier.
Not Home at Delivery
If you are not home at the first delivery attempt, the carrier will try to deliver the package again or take it to a nearby pickup point. This varies by country and delivery service.
Order Not Received
If your package is not delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact us and provide your order number so we can check the status with the carrier.
Damaged or Incomplete Delivery
Always check your order upon receipt. If anything is missing or damage is visible, report it to our customer service as soon as possible, preferably with photos, so we can resolve it quickly.

Yes, we also ship to European countries that are not part of the European Union. This includes, among others, Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, and other European countries outside the EU. During checkout, you can select the relevant country, and the shipping costs and delivery time will be displayed automatically.

Yes, you can order with reverse VAT if you have a valid business EU VAT number. During checkout, you can enter your VAT number. Once the number is automatically validated, the VAT will be reversed, and you will not pay VAT on your order. If the number is not recognized, please contact us so we can assist you.
