Terms and Conditions – Ferbox B.V.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every order, purchase, and agreement between the consumer or business customer and Ferbox B.V., located at Ertveldweg 23, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 77779762.

1. Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

Entrepreneur: Ferbox B.V., the seller of products through its webshop. Customer: the natural or legal person purchasing products from Ferbox B.V. Consumer: a customer who is not acting for purposes related to business or professional activities. Agreement: any arrangement between Ferbox B.V. and the customer regarding the purchase of products. Reflection Period: the 30-day period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Right of Withdrawal: the consumer's right to cancel the agreement within 30 days without providing a reason. Products: all goods offered by Ferbox B.V.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, and agreements of Ferbox B.V. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Offers and Prices

All products, prices, and availability are presented as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Ferbox B.V. Prices are stated inclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

4. The Agreement

The agreement is formed once the customer successfully completes the order and receives an order confirmation. Ferbox B.V. may refuse an order if there is reasonable doubt about the accuracy of the information or payment.

5. Payment

Payments can be made using the payment methods offered on the website. Payment must be made immediately upon ordering unless otherwise agreed. For orders using reverse charge, Ferbox B.V. verifies the VAT number provided. VAT is only shifted after successful validation. For orders outside the EU, VAT may be automatically removed depending on the selected country.

6. Delivery

Ferbox B.V. delivers to all European countries, including non-EU countries such as Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Delivery times are indicated on the website and are indicative. If delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Costs

Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge. For other European countries, a flat shipping fee of €40.00 per order applies. Any import duties or local taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days without giving a reason. Ferbox B.V. also provides a voluntary return period of 30 days. During the reflection period, consumers must handle the product carefully; it may be inspected but not used. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

9. Exchanges and Returns

Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt. The customer must request a return number in advance. Refunds are processed within a few business days after receipt and inspection of the product. Damaged or clearly used items may be subject to a reduction in value.

10. Warranty

All purchases are subject to the statutory warranty. Some products are covered by an additional manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty. Warranty expires if damage is caused by:

  • Improper use
  • Incorrect installation
  • External causes such as drop, impact, or water damage
  • Modifications or repairs by the customer

In the event of defects, the customer must always contact Ferbox B.V. first.

11. Liability

Ferbox B.V. is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products. Total liability is never higher than the invoice amount of the relevant order. Indirect damage (such as consequential loss) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted via email, phone, or chat. Ferbox B.V. will handle complaints within 14 days. If the customer is not satisfied with the handling, the complaint can be submitted to an external dispute committee.

13. Force Majeure

Ferbox B.V. is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, such as disruptions, transport issues, or government measures.

15. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

16. Final Provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Ferbox B.V. reserves the right to amend these terms; the latest version is always published on the website.
